BOOKING LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Crown Society, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a luxury experience and respect all clients’ time, the following policies are strictly enforced.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your final balance.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the service booked and the remaining appointment time.

Late arrivals may also result in:
- A shortened service
- An additional late fee
- Appointment cancellation if timing no longer allows completion of the service properly

Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2448 hours in advance.

Cancellations made after the required notice period may result in:
- Loss of deposit
- Cancellation fee
- Requirement to pay a new deposit before rebooking

No-Call / No-Shows
No-call/no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Same-Day Appointments
Same-day bookings are limited and subject to availability.

Guests
To maintain a calm luxury experience, additional guests are not permitted unless approved beforehand.
